Markit Desktop combines the unique ability to monitor and analyse the OTC derivative markets with the full range of complementary exchange and broker-sourced content, giving users a comprehensive view of financial performance across all asset classes.

Markit supplies a broad range of standard displays for all users. However, the Desktop allows each user to fashion a unique view of the financial markets using custom screen layouts and data sets.

Custom modeling and data analysis is provided through close integration with Microsoft Excel with support for drag/drop from the Desktop into Excel and easy-to-use formulas for real-time price quotes and history.

Markit Desktop fully supports remote locations or offices. All that is required is a PC with Internet connection for real-time performance from any location. Support overheads are further reduced through the auto-update feature that ensures the Desktop software is always kept up-to-date.
